At the top a cliff, situated next to lush, green nature reserves full of wild animals, and overlooking the sea and one of the most beautiful and wild beaches in Israel, lies Arsuf Panoramic, an exceptional residential community designed by Israeli architect Ilan Pivko. The streetlights leading to the development were carefully designed so that the light would not penetrate the fancy villas. The façade of the complex facing the spacious houses is covered with specially designed shutters, constructed of leaf-shaped cutouts. When the shutters are closed, the structure is carpeted in lighted texture. The entrance to the building is divided into several openings, each entry marked by illumination embedded into the floor. In the lobby there is a skylight that irradiates the staircase and in the evening a hidden light created to mimic the moon shines bright.
