The prestigious residential project, Pituach by the Sea, located in Herzliya Pituach, is comprised of 27 individual, yet connected villas, each with a spacious balcony. The thoughtful staggered design creates a unique look both on the outside of the building and inside the homes. Each unit is different and special in itself. However, what really brings together the design is the lighting scheme of the balconies. Using minimalist linear lighting fixtures which integrate with the orthogonal angles of the structure, together with the placement of the cubes, the building takes on an exceptional and 3D shape in the common spaces.
The pathway leading to the main entrance is decorated with various light fixtures that create a uniform rhythm and continuity that guides the viewer onto the patio. The impact of the patio comes from the illuminated tree which sits in the center of the reflection pool, instilling in the visitor a feeling of curiosity and revelation. The uplighting of the tree projects natural shadows and imposes a special texture onto the interior facades of the building. The colors and contrast between the light stone and the black aluminum are accentuated in the evening hours, when the sun goes down and the lighting poles light up and illuminate the entire building with charm and tranquility.
